Using this site

nextluk.com presents NextLuk's divisions, service packages, academy programs, and published work, and it provides the forms used to contact the team. The site is available to anyone who needs that information, for lawful purposes only.

Send requests that are accurate and that you are entitled to send. A form submitted with someone else's identity, with automated bulk traffic, or with content intended to disrupt the site is outside these terms, and access may be limited as a result.

Enquiries, quotations, and contracts

An enquiry sent through the site starts a conversation. It is not an order, and it does not by itself create a contract. Prices or starting points shown on a package page are indicative until a quotation is issued.

Work begins on the terms of a written quotation or proposal accepted by the client. That document describes the deliverables, the timeline, the responsibilities on each side, the payment schedule, and what falls outside the agreed scope. Where it differs from this page, the signed document prevails.

Academy enrolment

An academy application is reviewed before a place is offered. A place is confirmed only after the academy admits the applicant and the enrolment steps are completed.

Enrolment and training applications for a person under 18 are submitted by a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms and the academy's attendance expectations on the learner's behalf.

A NextLuk certificate records that a learner completed a named program on a given date. It is not an academic degree, not a state-recognised qualification, and not a professional licence. Certificates can be verified through the reference given at issue.

Content and intellectual property

The text, layout, code, and graphics of this site belong to NextLuk or are used with permission. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to these pages. Republishing substantial parts, reselling them, or presenting them as your own work requires written permission.

Materials delivered to a client, and the ownership of that material, are set out in the relevant quotation or contract rather than on this page.

Availability and limits

The site is operated with care but without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, hosting problems, or changes to the published content can make a page unavailable for a time. Information about services, packages, and programs can change as the offer develops.

NextLuk answers enquiries as promptly as it can. Nothing on this site is professional advice for a specific situation, and no outcome is promised for a project, a training program, or an application.

To the extent the applicable law allows, NextLuk is not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of this site or from reliance on its published content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable at NextLuk's place of business. A dispute that cannot be resolved by discussion is brought before the competent courts there.

If a provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
