What the site records

A project enquiry records your name, email address, company, budget range, selected packages, and your message. A demo request records your name, email address, the service, and your preferred timeline. The server adds the page the submission came from and the language of the page, and marks the enquiry as submitted with your consent.

A newsletter subscription records your email address and the language of the page you subscribed from. Unsubscribing removes that record.

A comment records your author name, your email address, and your comment. A moderator reads it before it appears. Once approved, your name and the comment are published with the article; your email address is never published and is kept so the team can follow up.

Academy applications and corporate training requests record the learner name or organisation, contact name, email address, telephone number, program or request details, and the preferred format and start date where offered. For an admitted learner, the academy keeps cohort, enrolment, attendance, assessment, and certificate records. A certificate holds the learner name, program title, completion date, and a hash of the certificate reference; public verification shows only the learner name, program, completion date, and validity.

Staff accounts store an email address, a name, and a role. Passwords are held as bcrypt hashes, never as the password itself.

Why the site records it

Enquiry and academy details are recorded so the request can be answered, quoted, delivered, and followed up. Newsletter addresses are recorded to send the newsletter you asked for. Comment details are recorded to publish a moderated discussion. Staff accounts are recorded to run the administration area.

Nothing is recorded for advertising, and no profile is built about your browsing across other sites.

Who else sees it

Enquiries and academy messages are sent by email through Resend, a transactional email provider, which receives the email address and message content to deliver it.

Pages that display photographs load those images from images.unsplash.com. That host receives your IP address and browser details when such an image loads, as any image host does.

Limiting repeat submissions hashes your IP address with SHA-256 before it is stored, so the raw address is not kept for that purpose.

Access inside NextLuk to enquiry, academy, and staff records is limited by staff role. No personal data is sold or shared for advertising.

How long it is kept

An enquiry that does not become a client is kept for 24 months and then removed. A newsletter record is kept until the recipient unsubscribes. A published comment is kept while its article remains published. Academy learner, attendance, and certificate records are kept so results and certificates can be confirmed later.

Staff accounts remain for as long as the person needs access.

What you can ask for

You can ask for a copy of the personal data NextLuk holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to a particular use. A newsletter recipient can also unsubscribe, which removes the subscription record.

Send the request to contact@nextluk.com from the address concerned. Requests are answered by email. Deleting a record that a contract or a certificate record requires NextLuk to keep may not be possible, and the reply will say so.

How the site is protected

The site is served over HTTPS throughout. Staff passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, and staff access to records is limited by role. IP addresses are hashed before being used to limit repeat submissions. The site does not receive or hold payment card numbers: any card payment happens on the payment provider's own page.

No system is perfect, and this page does not claim otherwise. A suspected problem with your data can be reported to the same address.
